The agitating mill is commonly referred to as the agitating ball mill, and its operation is simple and its grinding efficiency is high. The abrasive materials are placed in a stationary grinding cylinder with an added sleeve with a grinding medium with a diameter of 3 to 10mm. The usual types of grinding mediators are carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, hard alloy, ceramic or zirconium oxide material without pre mixing. The components needed for micro grinding can be added to the grinding cylinder later.
The mass production lapping machine has a circulating pump system, which is used for grinding the circulation of slurry, in order to improve the efficiency of grinding and the uniformity of the material. Finally, the excellent particle dispersion system is obtained. The circulating pump can also be used for discharging and cooling slurry.
Cylinder lining -- when used for metal free ion contamination, special linings can be used. Such as ceramic (alumina), ceramic tile, edible grade rubber or polyurethane.
The mixing arm sleeve is suitable for grinding without metal ion contamination. The mixing arm should be sleeved with polyurethane, tungsten carbide or cobalt oxide.
Cylinder head can be equipped with floating shaft peak for grinding under inert gas.
Drive system, variable speed drive, can be applied to various rotational speeds.
