Working principle ：

The XJ series stirred ball mill is a type of mixer which combines the mixing mill with the large capacity premixture and cylinder, and uses the high speed cycle of the pump to achieve rapid grinding effect and narrow particle size distribution. The rapid circulation of material through the stirring of the abrasive media layer, this phenomenon is conducive to a narrower particle size distribution, allowing smaller particles to quickly pass, and relatively coarse particles to stay longer, the coarse particles have a priority of breaking effect. The circulating mixing mill is usually used for the final material with micron size, high quality, and difficult to grind and disperse material.
　　 The main feature of XJ series machines is that a very narrow particle size distribution can be obtained after grinding. The investment of grinding and grinding rooms is less, but it can handle a large number of materials. The slurry can be continuously monitored. The other ingredients can be added to the premixed cylinder at any time during the grinding process. The more sensitive components can be added at the end of the grinding. For the slurry in the grinding room, the residence time is very short, most of the time is in the premixed cylinder, so that it has better temperature control.

Cylinder lining: optional ceramic (alumina), ceramic tile, edible rubber or polyurethane as lining.
Mixing arm sleeve: optional polyurethane, tungsten carbide or zirconia.
Cylinder head: it can be equipped with floating shaft seal to reduce solvent loss or inert gas protection.
